Pricing FAQ
Why are there two separate fees?+
The government visa fee is paid directly to the Vietnam Immigration Department for processing your eVisa. Our service fee covers form assistance, document review, and submission on your behalf. We show them separately because we are an independent service provider — not a government agency or a travel agency — and we believe in fully transparent pricing.
What does the $59 service fee cover?+
It covers: (1) guiding you through the form with plain-language questions instead of government jargon; (2) human review of your form and documents to catch common mistakes that cause rejections; (3) submission to the Vietnam government portal on your behalf; (4) status updates by email; (5) email support if you have questions during processing.
Can I apply for multiple people in one order?+
Yes. Both the government fee and our service fee are charged per applicant — each person needs their own application file with their own passport and photo. We will process all applicants under the same order and reference number so you can track them together.
Do I get a refund if my visa is rejected?+
Refund policy is 3-tier: (1) Full refund if you cancel before we submit to the government; (2) No refund once submitted, as the government fee is non-refundable and our work is already done; (3) For rejected applications, the service fee is reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for rejection.
Why do some competitors quote a higher total price?+
Most competitors bundle the government fee and their service fee into a single "all-in" price without breaking it down. Their service fees are typically $69–$79 vs our $59. We undercut intentionally during launch to earn your trust and build word-of-mouth — see Project Charter §5: "we optimise for conversion and approval rate, not profit margin" in our MVP phase.
