Pricing FAQ
Why are there two separate fees?+
The government ETA fee is paid to the Sri Lanka Department of Immigration & Emigration. Our service fee covers form assistance, document review, and submission. We show them separately because we are an independent processing service — not a government agency.
What does the $19 service fee cover?+
Guided form-filling, human review of your form for common rejection reasons (date errors, name mismatch with passport), submission to the official Sri Lanka ETA portal on your behalf, status updates by email, and email support during processing.
Can I apply for multiple people in one order?+
Yes — both fees are charged per applicant. Each traveller needs their own ETA. We bundle them under the same reference number so you can track everyone in one place.
Do I get a refund if my ETA is rejected?+
Refund policy is 3-tier: full refund if we haven't submitted yet; no refund after submission (the government fee is non-refundable); rejected cases are reviewed individually.
Why is your service fee lower than competitors?+
We're in MVP launch mode. Charter rule: optimise for conversion + approval rate, not profit margin. Our $19 service fee is intentionally low to earn trust during launch. Prices may change after we hit our first 100 successful applications.
